National online weight-loss platforms mail a temperature-sensitive injectable from a distant warehouse and hope the packaging holds. We do something simpler: your medication stays in our pharmacy fridge until the moment a trusted member of the Mediglen team carries it to your door in an insulated pack with ice packs, typically within one to two hours of leaving the fridge. That is the whole system, and it is why we never ship.
Deliveries arrive the next business day, and in some cases the same day. We confirm the delivery window with you before we head out. There is no delivery fee to any city listed on this page.
Our pharmacy sits on The High Street in Coquitlam, next to Eagle Ridge Medical Clinic, within a 15 to 30 minute drive of most of our delivery area: Port Coquitlam to the east, Port Moody to the west, Burnaby to the southwest, New Westminster to the south, Pitt Meadows across the Pitt River, and Anmore and Belcarra to the north. We also run regular routes west into Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Richmond, and east to Maple Ridge and Surrey, where many of our patients live.
Many of them first met us as patients of the clinic next door and kept us as their pharmacy after moving across the region. Delivering to these cities is not a special favour; it is our normal week.

From any city on this page, the whole program works from home: you complete the online intake, a Mediglen pharmacist reviews your PharmaNet medication history, a BC-licensed prescriber sees you online (billed to MSP for eligible BC residents, so there is no visit fee), and if a medication is prescribed, it comes to your door. A prescription is always required; the prescriber makes the clinical decision.

Yes. There is no delivery fee to any of the cities we serve: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, Anmore, Belcarra, Maple Ridge, and Surrey. You pay for the medication only, and if you have private drug coverage we bill your insurer directly first.
Your medication stays in our pharmacy fridge until the delivery leaves. It travels in an insulated pack with ice packs, carried by a trusted member of the Mediglen pharmacy team, and is typically at your door within one to two hours of leaving the fridge. We never use mail or a shipping company for medications.
